Knowing Jesus

Did you know that Jesus wants to have a personal
relationship with you?

We’re here to help you discover who Jesus is and how knowing Him
can bring purpose and hope to your life.

We are here to support you on every step of your faith journey.

If you said the prayer, we want to know!

Step 1

Admit that you're a sinner.

The Bible tells us that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). There is nothing we can do or say to save ourselves from the wages of sin, which Scripture says is death ( Romans 6:23). But all hope is not lost!

Step 2

Accept that jesus died on the cross for you.

The good news is shared in the next verse - “and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus” (Romans 3:24). Jesus’ death and resurrection covered the cost of our sin, bridging the gap so that we can have a personal relationship with God into eternity.

Step 3

Repent And "Sin No More”

John 8 tells the story of a woman caught in adultery who is brought by the Pharisees before Jesus as a trap. After Jesus says “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her” (John 8:7), they leave one by one. In verse 10, Jesus declares “neither do I condemn you. Go now and leave your life of sin.”

The reality is that none of us will ever be without sin on this side of heaven - but with God’s help and a faithful community of believers to support us, we can grow in our faith to be more like Christ every day.

Step 4

Receive Jesus Christ As Savior

Becoming a Christian isn’t just a title you assume by attending church and going through the motions. It’s accepting the gift of Jesus’ sacrifice and allowing it to transform your heart and life. Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in…” (Revelation 3:20). If you would like to have a relationship with Jesus, it all starts with one simple prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins, and You rose again three days later. Right now, I am turning from my life of sin and opening the door of my heart and life to You. I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me. Amen.”

How To Know Jesus More

Now that you know Him, what’s next? Jesus doesn’t just want you to know of Him, He wants you to have a relationship with Him. Here are some ways you can do that.

God's Word

We are beyond blessed that God has preserved His words for us in the Bible. The Scriptures help us to understand who God is, what He has done, and what He still has planned for the world. Start your day by reading from the Word of God to set your mind on Him and the truth.

Worship

One of the best ways to know the Lord is to pray. Prayer is simply talking to the Lord, praising Him, and lifting our needs in faith. Whether we pray out loud, in our hearts, through worship, or with others, worshiping the Lord is necessary for our growth as believers.

Fellowship

Our enemy, the devil, seeks to separate and destroy God’s people. But the Lord has established His church to strengthen, encourage, and equip His saints for every battle. So join our fellowship of believers as we gather to worship, pray, and learn from God’s Word.
